I’m one happy girl!

I just had to share this — look what Cathy of California sent me, from the Maker Faire! Susan was kind enough to bring it back to Portland. How totally wonderful.

These things make me so happy, just looking at them. I just love the ribbon straw flowers. And, how cute are these cupcake toppers? Good lord! Makes me want to have a cupcake party — but at the end, I’d have to make everyone leave their toppers with me.

I can’t wait to use my pincushion in situ in my crafting space! At the moment, said crafting space is in a state of total chaos, due to my current state of over-commitment, but as of June 4th, all that’s going to change. There’s dresses to make! Embroidery to do! Magazines to read!

So until then, this mushroom will be sheltered from the madness, relaxing on my nightstand, and making me happy.
