So many great ideas. My kids love playing with plastic canvas. I’m going to show them your fantastic gingerbread house (and maybe play around a little with it myself. :))

Great podcast – I really want to do a hooked rug some day!
Since you made me think geometric, I thought I would share a video made with a Lite Brite board.

You don’t have to post it – I just thought you would find it groovy. The lead singer of the band Y O U did it with his sister. It took 7 months to make!!!

Cool! I bought some plastic canvas shapes for my kids but the needles I got were too big and broke the canvas. So when I get some better needles I’m going to help them make their dinosaurs and teddy bears.

especially if I can get one in australia. Otherwise I would order one online, thank you.

thank you for replying to my requesst about the gingerbread house. I promised to send you a photo but havent learnt how to yet. I will soon borrow my friends daughter who is going to do it for me.
Just wanted to let you know that I did indeed copy the cute little house and since then have become addicted. I have made some houses from patterns and some from my head. I am very proud of my evergrowing village and will soon have to find extra space to put them all. Guess whose family will be getting plastic canvas houses for christmas. Thanks again for making me think about what I was doing. Hopefully I will send photos soon.
