Meet My New Bag, Part 1

Plus some Swistraw!

OOh . . . it’s all dimensional and stuff. I attached the flowers with a good old-fashioned needle and thread, stabbing right through the bag to the inside. Not so elegant, perhaps, but it got the job done.

This is also, near as I can tell, the first thing I’ve made solely for myself in 2008. I’m super-happy with how it turned out, and very grateful to have it done while it’s still appropriately Summery out. Thank you again for the awesome PC shapes, Cathy!

Oh – and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about plastic canvas shapes and Swistraw all day today.
