Hey, Locals – if you’re looking for something crafty to do on Saturday, sign up for my Embossed Foil Card class at The 100th Monkey Studio. It’s only $15.00, and you’ll leave with as many cards as you can make in two hours. These are some valentines I made using this technique. oh I so want to do that foil embossing!! (I mean, I’d love to do your class too but I didn’t start swimming soon enough!). I haven’t found it here yet, only this stuff that I think is more like leaf- as in gold leaf. On ebay so I’m not even sure. It looks so fun.

I would love to try this technique.. reminds me a bit of etching, which I loved to do while I was studying at the art school. Can one print with the foil? Would be great! xoxo
