We came. We saw. We buttoned.

I had so much fun at Susan‘s Button It Up signing last night! It’s so cool that Powell’s hosts these crafty events. (And it’s so cool that Sarah took all these rad photos. Thanks, Sarah!)

The crowd got to see all the buttony projects from the book up close, and we shared favorite button sources and button-love stories. Then we got down to making button hairpins!

Here are mine – an what an addictive craft. At her upcoming event next weekend at Bolt, Susan will have everyone making button magnets.

Lee wins the “Best Dressed” award, methinks. She actually found this amazing shirt at Goodwill, buttons and all. There are even more buttons on the front. Lordy.
