See, looking at that pattern sheet just gives me hives! But her illustrations are so charming, and I do love that trapeze dress. Sigh. Maybe I ought to give it a look, and start from square one. Then, maybe those crazy looking pattern sheets won’t send me into a fit.

My favorite project of all time is the baby quilts I made for my kids, over 20 yrs. ago. They were well worn and loved down to the last few threads.

My favorite sewing project is the quilt that I made for my mum from scraps of fabric leftover from dresses that she made for me and my sister when we were young. It was fun to revisit all the old memories.
