Thoughts on Social Media for Marketing

in Big Ideas for Small Businesses, Online Marketing

Happy Monday, everyone! I thought I’d share a new article I wrote for Creative Leisure News. It’s about using Twitter and Facebook to market a craft-related business.

Granted, it’s written for large craft-industry companies, but it might help de-mystify social media for people with small, indie craft businesses as well. The only bit I’d add for small businesses is: whenever possible, take the time to reach out and respond to people directly.

The piece is a little on the long side (pack a snack), and my apologies for the links all being at the end. Hope you like.
