Happy Holiday Weekend, everyone! Here are some links to enjoy on those days off…

Eco-friendly crafting has a new resource: Green Crafts. This new site combines a blog and discussion forum with a small product set of non-toxic, natural glues and waxes.
I’m really enjoying the blog – lots of detailed information on subjects you don’t see enough in discussions of green crafting. Take a look.

Felt-lovers will find lots of good data in this awesome post at Felt-o-rama. It wash-tests several different kinds of felt (wool, acrylic, recycled, etc.) and reports on how each one performed. Very cool!
While you’re there, poke around – there are so many awesome felt tutorials.

I’ve really been digging Unconsumption lately. It’s a wiki and mini-blog about “everything that happens after an act of acquisition.” Lots and lots of innovative re-purposing projects and general food for thought.
Visit that link and contribute your own unconsumptions ideas!

Anyone within shouting distance of Eugene, OR should check out Meet Your Maker this evening. It’s an indoor-outdoor craft fair with 30 vendors and free wine tasting. Sounds like fun!
