Upcoming Book Event Dates!

Hey, Locals – and those with travel plans…

I thought I’d better let y’all know the dates of my upcoming Kanzashi book events. I would love, love, love to see you at one!

First up, I’ll be at Twisted on Saturday, July 25th from 3-5pm. We’ll be making Kanzashi brooches, so you can stop in, learn a little of the craft, and check out some of the projects from the book in person. Oh – and I’ll sign your book if you like.

Then, on Saturday, August 1st, I’m stoked to be up in Seattle at Urban Craft Uprising! I’ll have a hands-on Kanzashi-making table from 12:30 – 1:30 pm, and then I’ll be signing books from 2:00 – 3:00.

And finally, I’ll be at Powell’s downtown on Tuesday, August 4th, from 7:30 – 9:00. This one’s more of a traditional author-type event. I’ll talk a bit about the history of this craft, we’ll all do a little petal-folding together, and I’ll sign books and answer questions.

So… mark your calendar, and I hope to see you! (Believe me, I would offer teleportation services from other cities if I could….)

I totally wish I was rich and didn't work. If that were so, I would have booked a flight and showed up without warning and totally surprised you at your book signing. You are a rock star!

Oh, wow, I love those orangey/brown flowers with the brown buttons! I sure wish I could be up there to see and hear you and get my book signed. I know it will be fun!
