Kanzashi in Bloom

I cannot believe I’m saying this, but today’s the big day! Kanzashi In Bloom is finally released into the wild.

Just one year ago at this time, I was working crazy long hours finishing up the writing and making. Let me tell you, K. deserves sainthood for putting up with me during that time.

Anyway, there’s a spiffy new website for the book – another reason K. deserves sainthood.

Threadbanger posted a nice review this morning (Thanks, Threadbanger!), and a number of lovely bloggers have agreed to host me on a little Blog Tour over the next ten days or so. I’ll keep you posted on that here.

…And now I’m off to amass fabric for my upcoming book events.

Woo-Hooooooooooooooo!

    I got the book, too, and so please let me congratulate you very specifically -- it is terrific. Your method really is wonderful, better than anything I've seen before, and even my first kanzashi came out looking great. And it almost goes without saying, for anyone who knows your blog that is, that your ideas are amazing.

    The new website looks great (And I can see it's been made with Drupal, woot!). I adore the pictures from the book I'm seing so far, they are so nice!
