  • Thanks for this interview, Diane & Rachel - awesome!! p.s. I would love to hear a show about advertising (pros & cons, even would be super interesting) on your blog.

A quote from my 3 year-old son as we were listening: "Is this Doctor Craft?"
  • SisterDiane
Heh heh - you mean we just got honorary doctorates from your son?
    Awesome!

I like the idea of a show about advertising. Will add it to my
    Development List. Thanks!
  • Hey Diane - if you want someone to interview to talk about advertising (both ad networks and selling your own), let me know. I've done both for over 2 years!
  • SisterDiane
Thanks for the offer, Wendy - I'll definitely check out your website!
  • futuregirl
Great show, as always! That D*S article link is awesome. 2-3 hours a day to manage ads?! Oy vey! It's pretty awesome to hear about Rachel's amazing organizational systems. (SWOON!)
  • SisterDiane
I thought that you'd especially like that! I think you two are definite kindred spirits.
  • This was such a great listen and so timely as I try to stay on top of what's out there in the blogging world. And One Pretty Thing is such a great resource for us DIYers out there - keep up the great work Rachel!
  • This was really neat. Thanks for posting this interview! I love OnePrettyThing!
  • I just listened to it in my ipod while going to work and it was such an interesting interview. I didn't know of her blog (Perhaps because I still have to finish reading your ebook! ^-^) so I add it to my Google reader. I'm amazed at the number of hours she put in her blog and, at the same time, it gives great results. :-)
  • This is an awesome site! I'm always looking at other bloggers to see what blogs & sites they follow and my Morning Coffee app is getting fuller as I collect more! Thanks to Rachel Klein for doing the job of following all those blogs and posting the best on hers, now I have one site (including the CraftyPod, of course!) to check before having to google anything else. Awesome!
  • This was so nice to listen to! I have been living on that site for months now! I find so much inspiration from her round-ups and so many projects to do. I think I go to her site at least 3 times a day lol
  • iHanna
Hehe, I've been wondering how this girl does it all?!! She is everywhere!
  • I tried to comment already, but it didn't go through. So maybe there will be two. But I wanted to say that I can't believe that last year, when I was visiting her site every day for Halloween ideas, Rachel had only been doing this for about three months! Her site is awesome. I use it all the time. I'm so glad she is doing the hard work I'm too lazy to do for myself! It's an awesome site. Thanks for interviewing her!
  • I found out about One Pretty Thing from the "creating a blog audience" ebook and I've been a huge fan ever since. I agree that it's very much like a magazine, very organized and good looking! Looking forward to the new features, thanks for such a great podcast :)
  • SisterDiane
Thank YOU, Lucie - I think it's super awesome that you found Rachel
    through the ebook!
  • taly_g
Thanks for the interview. It's great hearing the voice behind all these little things...
  • Thanks so much for having me Diane! This was the first thing I thought of when I woke up this morning and I had an absolute blast listening to it over coffee. It was so much fun to be part of the CraftyPod!
  • SisterDiane
