Hi, Suki – this issue unfortunately didn't give the pattern or
instructions for that gnome house. It had you send away for a
pamphlet. Sadly, too, McCall's is out of print now. Sure wish I had
better news!

Oh my gosh…there has been 2 projects that I have been searching for and I never thought I'd find either one. But you just posted one…Home Sweet Gnome. Now I at least I know what publication it is from. Can I ask you…does the issue actually give instructions inside or was it a mail away for instructions?

Ana, it was the Winter 1979 issue. The pattern itself was apparently
in a separate leaflet you needed to send away for. The magazine itself
is no longer in publication, sadly.

I've got this magazine! and the one from the last post – can't believe I've kept them all this time, am I showing my age or what!
I actually made that wreath with the carol singers, but never quite got around to tackling the gnome house
