Just a quick post to start off the new week – I wanted to share a couple recent how-to’s I’ve done for CRAFT.
First up, I did a piece on Cheap & Simple Tools for Better Blog Photography. You know, it doesn’t matter so much what kind of digital camera you have. If you just make a few tiny adjustments to the way you take pictures, you can get significantly better images. And those, as it turns out, increase your blog’s “curb appeal” immensely.
…And then I did a piece on Four Tiny Blog Design Principles That Make a Huge Difference. These are ideas you can use whether you’re using a free Blogger blog template or setting up your own hosted blog. They’re simple changes that make a blog look way more professional and inviting.
Incidentally, the advice in these articles is akin to the kind of work I do with people in my one-on-one blog consultations. The introductory price on these is going away soon, so if you’d like some individual help tuning your blog up, let’s talk!
