Google+ Discussion: Starting a craft business by accident, or on purpose?

This week on Google+, we’re talking about the pros and cons of two different ways to start a craft business.

I started my business quite by accident – one day I said, “Hey, I’m gonna try podcasting” and that touched off a whole chain of events. In many ways, this was the best way for me to start. But of course, I’ve made some costly mistakes along the way.

There’s no perfect way to begin, I think. But there’s a lot of interesting juice in all our stories of how we got started, and how it worked and didn’t work for us. I’d love it if you joined in the discussion over there!
